When will my order ship ?

Once your payment has been processed we aim to ship your order within 24 hrs.

Where are your products warehoused ?

HOYDAN has warehouse facilities in Melbourne and Perth. All products available in our online store are in Australia ready for shipping to our customers. Depending on your product stock availability in either location it will be shipped either from the Perth warehouse or our Melbourne warehouse.

Do you ship internationally ?

At the moment we are dedicated and focused on servicing our Australian customers only and do not ship internationally.

My product is faulty what do I do ?

Get in touch with us as soon as you realise there is a problem with your product. We will arrange to replace or refund your product. HOYDAN offers a satisfaction guarantee on all our products so if your not happy with your purchase get in touch with us.

I just don’t like it ! It was not what I expected 


We have full descriptions and quality photo’s in our store. Please take the time to read the descriptions and view the images to ensure the product is what your looking for. If you receive your product and your still not satisfied get in touch with us. We can organise an exchange or refund. *conditions apply.

My order got cancelled after checkout. Why ?

We use a fraud detection system that will sometimes identify legitimate customer orders as fraudulent and the order will be cancelled and refunded straight away. If you feel this is an error please get in touch with us and we will help you with your order.
